Cycle 8: June 2011, 150 mg Clomid day 5-9, late O = BFN
Cycle 9: July 2011, Break cycle, on BCP, not temping
Cycle 10: August 2011, 150 mg Clomid day 3-7, hCG trigger, TI = BFN

Treatment and Diagnosis:
June 20, 2011: first RE appt; dx suspected PCOS
July 6, 2011: Semen Analysis: 37.5 mil/cc, 57% motility, 5% morphology (Kruger strict criteria)
July 11, 2011: RE appt; dx multi-cause infertility: mild MFI and anovulation (PCOS)
July 25, 2011: HSG, all-clear!
Sept. 2011 - Decided to use our last lifetime cycle of Clomid, will use a trigger and TI. Then we need to really think about what our next step will be.... IVF?
Oct. 2011 - Met with RE, decided to start IVF w/ ICSI. Will have SHG and "mock transfer" on Oct. 31. ER and ET tentatively week of Nov. 27th. AHHHHH!!! Excited and hopeful and scared shitless all at the same time!
Nov./Dec. 2011 - SHG all clear, mock-transfer went well. Started menses on Nov. 17th, so that is the official start date of my first IVF cycle.
Stims on 11/18 for 9 days.
ER 11/29: 27 eggs retrieved, 21 mature, 19 fertilized with ICSI.
ET 12/4 of one perfect AA blastocyst.
*10 snowbabies for later!

Beta #1 12/16 = 26; Beta #2 12/19 = 2.6. Chemical pregnancy = BFN
